Chef
FULL TIME
Golden Age Care Centre provides a unique dining experience for the residents in our home. In a restaurant-style environment, our seniors are able to enjoy five meals a day. As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation and serving of meals, cleanliness of food service areas, accurate record keeping, receiving, rotating and inventory of products and regulatory compliance. You will ensure all special dietary needs are met and prepare texture modified food as directed. You will also work alongside the activities team to cater for special events taking place within the home.

Nurse
FULL TIME

You will assist with daily activities providing residents with both physical and emotional support and personal care as needed. You will develop, review and update residents’ personal care plans to meet their changing physical, social and psychological needs.

Physician
FULL TIME
We are looking for a physician to join our fantastic multidisciplinary team on a full time, permanent basis. You will work closely with other Westgate team members to support our elderly residents by conducting medical examinations, performing diagnostic tests, providing preventive care, developing and managing treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with internal and external professionals, including occupational therapists, doctors, social workers and so on.

Caretaker
FULL TIME
Use your experience and leadership qualities to inspire and develop our team of care assistants, when you join our team of professionals at Golden Age Care Centre,women-only assisted living home. We’ll need you to bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a caretaker will be varied, interesting and rewarding, from general care right through to specialist care. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You’ll ensure residents’ daily progress is recorded and reported accurately. You’ll also be performing care assistant duties with residents as required.
